6 Ways To Design Your Home Like A Celebrity!

Of course it would probably cost about a GAZIILION dollars to live like a celebrity, but here at Glamore House, we have some fun and clever ways to get that rich look...for less! Here are 8 ways to design your home like your favorite celebrity, enjoy!
1. Even if you can't afford it, fake expensive fabric. Velvet is an easy choice, it always looks rich and luxurious.

2. A statement piece. Whether it's a chandelier or a table, give people something to talk about.
3. Add unique lighting to your kitchen. Fun and unique chandeliers or pendant lights can add so much more glamour to your kitchen.
4. Consider a washstand sink instead of a pedestal sink. It will give your bathroom a much more elegant look.
5. Over-scale artwork makes a huge statement in any room. Plus, it's a great way to incorporate your color scheme into one piece.
6. Include an indoor/outdoor space to our home. Even if you don't live in sunny California, pretend like you do. Instead of dining inside, bring the party outdoors to your yard or even your balcony.

5 Decorating Secrets

1. Pile on the pillows
Use contrasting patterns, colors, and textures
2. Buy a bigger bed
Small-scale furniture only makes a small room look smaller. Try a larger headboard and a taller bed.
3. Use a real rug in a kitchen and/or bathroom
Use a rug instead of a mat. It is made to withstand a lot more wear and the occasional wet foot.
4. Switch up your seating
Mix up the seating at your dining table. You wouldn't have 8 identical chairs in your living room, right?
5. Don't forget about your closet
A simple chandelier can really dress up your closet.
